Ramnath Devasthan, Goa – The Dabholkar murder case is a murder case, but all investigating agencies give it a different twist. The case was brought to trial with the sole intention of implicating seekers of Sanatan. These agencies tried to move this case forward in the same direction. The case was being investigated under some great pressure. In such instances, the judge cannot be impartial. The High Court was keeping a close watch on this matter. That’s why everyone was under pressure. A charge sheet was filed in this case, but there were contradictions in it. The matter was dragged on by the court for many years and Sanatan’s seekers had to bear the agony, besides causing immeasurable damage to Sanatan Sanstha’s image. In view of this, a movement will be launched to bring in judicial reforms, devout Hindu Advocate Ghanshyam Upadhyay announced.

Advocate Ghanshyam Upadhyay further said that today there is a battle between the Hindus and the non-Hindus in the court. Naxal and Communist munded judges want to live in luxury. They are not bound by Dharma, Culture or Propriety. These judges have absolutely no knowledge of Dharma.

Today’s Naxalite and Communist minded judges want to live in luxury. They are not bound by religion, culture or limitations. These judges have no knowledge of religion. If a judge has knowledge of Jurisprudence, Limitation, Dharmashastra, Dharma-Adharma, then he can judge properly. The ‘ecosystem’ of anti-nationals and anti-religious people is very effective. It is important to prove your pressure group to deal with it. If judges are well versed in law, propriety, dharmashastras, dharma-adharma, then they will be able to deliver justice. The ecosystem of anti-nationals and anti-Dharmik people is very influential. We need a pressure group of our own to counter them.

Need to work together for Hindu Rashtra! – Advocate Sanjiv Punalekar, Secretary, Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad

Vikram Bhave, Dr Virendrasingh Tawde and I were acquitted in the Dr Dabholkar case. But the punishment handed down to Sharad Kalaskar and Sachin Andure is unjust. We will approach the high court against this. We believe that their innocence will be proved in the High Court. This false case was propped up to stop the activities of Hindu organisations. But we will not stop the work of Hindutva because of this. Some politicians tried to deceive the Hindus for power. It is due to selfish politics that the Hindus are getting divided. A politician who insulted Ma Saraswati Devi was inducted in the Maharashtra Cabinet. There are such selfish leaders in every political party. Advocate Sanjiv Punalekar said that there is a need for Hindus to unite and work for Hindu Rashtra. Advocate Punalekar addressed the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav via video.

I will try to get CBI investigation officer Subhash Ramroop Singh punished! – Vikram Bhave, Seeker of Sanatan Sanstha

Vikram Bhave, Seeker of Sanatan Sanstha

CBI investigating officer Subhash Ramrup Singh arrested me on trumped up charges. Singh told me that he is arresting me in a different case in another state. Subhash Ramrup Singh filed a charge sheet against me. I applied for bail, but my bail application was rejected. I was denied bail by falsely stating that I was accused of terrorism earlier. So I had to spend 2 years in prison even though I had not committed any crime.

Later the court acquitted me. It was proved in the court that I was kept in prison for 2 years when there was no mistake on my part. CBI investigating officer Subhash Ramroop Singh vindictively wronged me. I will try to get Subhash Ramroop Singh punished.
