Ecosystem of devout Hindu lawyers required to win the ideological war : Sadguru Dr Charudatta Pingale, HJS

Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav (2024) Day 6 : Contributions of Lawyers in the Establishment of Hindu Rashtra

Sadguru Dr Charudatta Pingale, National Guide, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Ramnath Devasthan, Goa – Ordinary activists like us will participate in the struggle for Hindu Rashtra, but today the opposition has started an ideological war. We need ideological warriors to win it. These ideological warriors will study Indian laws and legally empower the Hindu side by explaining the correct interpretation of the constitutional provisions. Hindu advocates should become Sadhak Advocates to contribute to this work of re-establishment of Dharma. As sadhak advocates, they need to set up an ecosystem that stand firmly behind the Hindu organisations and the idea of Hindu Rashtra and counter the ecosystem that has been built by the adversaries, said Sadguru Dr Charudatta Pingale (National Guide, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) on the Sixth day of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav (2024). He was speaking on the topic – Organisation of Advocates: A Pillar for Hindu Activists.

Sadguru Dr Pingale said, “The contribution of advocates in India’s freedom struggle is unparalleled. Many advocates like Lokmanya Tilak, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Swatantryaveer Savarkar, Lala Lajpat Rai, Justice Ranade, Deshbandhu Chittaranjan Das strove for India to become independent and even achieved it. Similarly, if an organisation of all advocates becomes active and everyone participates in it, then in future, Hindu Rashtra will definitely be established which will bestow rights to Hindus.”

Secular and Socialist terms soon to be unconstitutional : Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain, SC

Vishnu Shankar Jain

In 1948, Prof. K.T. Shah proposed to include the words Secular and Socialist in the Constitution thrice. However, the Constitution Drafting Committee rejected his proposal three times as it was inconsistent with the basic structure of the Constitution. In 1976, during the Emergency, these two words were illegally inserted into the Constitution without any discussion. The inclusion of these words in the Constitution is basically anti-constitutional. We have filed a petition in the court against the inclusion of these two words in the Constitution. In the near future, the words Secular and Socialist will be declared anti-constitutional. This petition is likely to be heard in July, said Supreme Court Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, spokesperson of the Hindu Front for Justice. He was speaking on the sixth day of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav on the topic ‘Secular Word in the Constitution and Judicial Struggles’.

He said that every word in the Constitution has been defined. They have been debated before being included in the Constitution. But so far the definition of both the words secular and socialism has not been stated and defined. There was no discussion about these words while including them in the Constitution. Article 25 of the Constitution gives every person the right to practice his religion. If this is the case, how can secularism be imposed on any citizen of India? A government can be secular so that no one is discriminated against in the name of religion, but secularism cannot be imposed on any citizen. Karl Marx, the father of the word Socialism, has written derogatorily about Hinduism and India. It is an irony to include those words in the Constitution of India.

How is the ‘MIM’ party ‘secular’ when it is only for the benefit of Muslims

Hindu hridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray was deemed to have violated the tenet of secularism  by seeking votes on the basis of religion. Doesn’t this apply to Asaduddin Owaisi? While registering any political party in India, an affidavit has to be submitted stating that it is Secular and Socialist. If we look at the history of the MIM party, it can be seen that this party is working only for the benefit of Muslims. MIM is just another Muslim League. Despite this, this party has not been deregistered. This party contests elections in India only by mentioning secular and socialism in its manifesto and gets its candidates elected. Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain questioned the logic of secularism here.

Attempt to create a fake anti-Hindu Rashtra narrative by propping up the bogey of secularism and socialism

Asaduddin Owaisi chanted Jai Philistin (Palestine) while being administered the oath as a member of the Lok Sabha. A Member of Parliament supporting any other country is a violation of Article 102 D of the Constitution of India. Despite this, Owaisi was not disqualified from his Lok Sabha membership. To defend himself, Owaisi referred to the chants of ‘Jai Hindu Rashtra’ raised in Parliament. But the chants of Hindu Rashtra were hailed after Owaisi hailed Palestine. The concept of Hindu Rashtra is the concept of a spiritual nation. However, a false narrative is being created against Hindu Rashtra by propping up the bogey of secularism and socialism.

Shree Tuljabhavani temple donation box scam money should be recovered from culprits – H.H. Suresh Kulkarni, Advocate, Bombay High Court

H.H. Suresh Kulkarni, Advocate, Bombay High Court

Shree Tuljabhavani temple witnessed a donation box scam worth Rs 8 crore 45 lakh 97 thousand. The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Bench of the Bombay High Court quashed the government’s decision to close the investigation into the scam, and the court ordered that criminal offenses be filed at Tuljapur police station against 16 accused, including auctioneers, temple employees, trustees, government officials and employees, convicted by the previous enquiry committee. Despite this, the court order was not implemented. Bombay High Court has demanded that the money in this scam should be recovered from all the convicted said H.H. (Advocate) Suresh Kulkarni. He was speaking on ‘Legal Struggle in the Tuljapur Temple Scam’ on the sixth day of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav (2024).

He said, “Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has raised the issue of donation box scam of Shree Tuljabhavani temple. A criminal public interest litigation was filed in the High Court against the Shree Tuljabhavani Devasthan Mandal on behalf of the Samiti. After hearing this petition, the court had ordered to file cases against the accused. Unfortunately, it was not implemented. However, we will continue to pursue this case till these corrupt officials are punished. The fight against government run corrupt temple administration should continue, only then will the temple administration come into the hands of the devotees. So all of us, advocates, devotees and devout Hindus, should unitedly pledge to take this struggle all over.

Repression of Hindutva leaders under the pretext of hate speech

1. While talking about hate speech H.H. Kulkarni said, “Hindu leaders are repressed by the administration under the pretext that hate speech disturbs law and order. A sabha of devout Hindu MLA Raja Singh (Telangana) was organised at Chopda in Maharashtra. Activists were engaged in preparations for a month, but the administration refused permission one day prior to the meeting. A petition was filed in the Sambhajinagar Bench of the High Court in this matter. After hearing it, the court set aside the order denying permission to the meeting. After that the administration had to give permission 24 hours before the meeting.

2. In Mira Bhayandar too, permission was denied to hold MLA Raja Singh’s sabha while advancing the pretext of riots. We had to approach the court for that too. After that, the Sabha received permission by the order of the court.

Offer legal service while in communion with God – Advocate Krishnamurthy P

Advocate Krishnamurthy P., District President, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Kodagu, Karnataka

I chant while traveling, as well as in court. We should have so much faith in God, that if any crisis befalls us, God should feel worried about us. God is your master. A devotee of God need not worry. One should go about doing their legal work while chanting continuously. If you work by chanting the name of God, God gives you strength. We then feel that God is always with us. I remember Shrikrishna when I feel tired, then a cool breeze embraces me. Through this God makes His existence felt. Sadhana and the personality defect removal process develops our personality. Sadhana lessened my anger, but the kshatravritti (Warrior attitude) remains. The study of law along with spiritual practice will give momentum and success to our work. God is with us. One should leave the house only after praying to God. If we practice spirituality, we will experience that God is always with us. We have to fight legal battles by becoming Sadhak advocates, Hindu advocates said Advocate Krishnamurthy. He was speaking on Spiritual Experiences while Assisting Hindutva Activists in Courts on the sixth day of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.

Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Jayant Athavale, founder of Sanatan Sanstha

My colleague and I were going to Bangalore after hearing in a case when our car was scraped by a speeding truck. The left side of our car was mangled. The accident was so severe that an onlooker would naturally think that the occupants would not be alive. But by the grace of Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Athavale my colleague and I escaped unscathed. Gurudev takes care of every seeker in this manner. That is why we should constantly be in communion with God. Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Athavale teaches all seekers with love.
