Bajrang Dal activist stopping cow smuggling attacked by religious fanatics in Dharwad (Karnataka)

Dharwad (Karnataka) – Muslim fanatics attacked Bajrang Dal activist Somashekhar for trying to stop cow smuggling. After this, there was a clash between Hindu and Muslim youth. Some people were injured. Bajrang Dal activists had staged a protest outside the Dharwad Suburban Police Station to condemn the attack. They demanded the arrest of those who attacked Somshekhar. Dharwad MLA Arvind Bellad, present on that occasion, warned of holding a severe agitation if the accused were not arrested.
