For the sake of justice, our government is committed to cooperating with the Indian government and ensuring a transparent investigation into the matter. No citizen should face impunity for such crimes in the future and we will ensure that this is addressed. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has also expressed concern over this issue. He gave the above answer when asked by reporters that, ‘How is India’s cooperation in the investigation of the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar ?
