ATS arrests 8 Bangladeshi nationals at Narayangaon in Pune

Pune – 8 Bangladeshis who were residing illegally in the Narayangaon area, have been taken into custody by State ATS on 14th of December. They have been convicted for staying illegally.

Initial investigation has revealed that these Bangladeshis had entered India with fake documents. Their names are Mehboob Shaikh, Rana Mandal, Gafoor Shaikh, Alamgeer Mandal, Shalom Mandal, Afzal Khan, Kabeer Mulla and Jamat Ali Mandal. (This means two serious threats to the Nation’s security, first, our own corrupt system enables them to procure Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, etc. secondly, the Police is completely unaware of this illegal activity. It is utterly disgusting. – Editor) During the investigation, it was found that these illegal immigrants were working as labourers in the Narayangaon area.

Pune city has become unsafe because of the increasing number of illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and terror activities

A week ago, NIA and ATS carried out a raid in some areas of Pune and Thane, in which they had arrested 15 individuals spreading ISIS ideology.  In this connection, two persons were interrogated in Kondhva. 3 months ago, the Police had raided a brothel in Budhwar Peth Pune and detained Bangladeshi women along with their accomplices. They have been booked for staying illegally.

Editorial Perspective

There may be lakhs of illegal Bangladeshi immigrants in Bharat. The Government should take an emergency action to evict them out of the country.
