Israel referred to this incident as a terrorist attack claiming Iran is behind it

Tel Aviv (Israel) – Yemen’s Houthi rebels have hijacked a ship bound for India from Turkiye. The cargo ship being held hostage in the Red Sea is named ‘Galaxy Leader’ and it is a British ship. There were over 25 people on board at the time of the hijacking. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, “This ship is not ours.” There are no Israelis or Indian nationals on board. This is a terrorist act and Iran is responsible for it.

Before this incident, the Houthi group had warned Israel about attacking their ships. Yahya Sari, a spokesman for the Houthi rebels, said that all ships sailing on behalf of Israel would be targeted.
