Joe Biden will visit Israel

Tel Aviv (Israel) – Against the background of the Israel Hamas war, the US President Joe Biden will be visiting Israel on 18th October but his security still remains a matter of concern. On 16th October, the proceedings of the Parliament were in progress in Tel Aviv. That time, Hamas started attacking Tel Aviv with rockets. As a result, the alert siren triggered warnings and Parliament had to put the proceedings on hold. All the MPs along with PM Benjamin Netanyahu had to go into bunkers to take shelter. After some time, the proceedings resumed. Now the arrival of US President Joe Biden has not only raised political concerns but also security concerns for PM Netanyahu. Would Biden too need to go into the bunker for a shelter, is being discussed.

On the other hand, the security agencies and advisors in the US discussed why Biden should visit Israel. The visit has been finalised. After Tel Aviv, Biden will be visiting Jordan too. There he will be meeting the senior leaders of Jordan, Egypt and Palestine.
