Around 60 questions related to the testimonies of the doctors who had treated the injured and conducted autopsies after the blast in Malegaon were asked of the accused. She said that after she got arrested she was addressed with abusing language. She had to live with male criminals and was forced to watch vulgar videos. 5 to 6 Police were deployed to beat me up and after they got tired some others started beating me up.
Six people were killed and more than 100 injured when an explosive device strapped to a motorcycle went off near a mosque in Malegaon in north Maharashtra, about 200 km from Mumbai, on 29th September 2008. In this bomb blast the devout Hindus like BJP MP Pragya Thakur, Colonel Prasad Purohit and some others were charged. In the chargesheet presented by NIA in 2016, Pragya Thakur was not charged and hence, her bail got approved.
Editorial Perspective
Sadhvi Pragya Thakur is a prominent example of the enormous atrocities faced by Hindu saints and sadhus. The anti-Hindu Congress being the mastermind behind this, Hindus will neither forget it nor forgive it. |
