A lover fatally attacked his girlfriend after she refused his forceful advances for a physical relationship

Gurugram (Haryana) – A young man fatally attacked his girlfriend who he was in a ‘live in relationship’ (Living together without getting married) with a screw diver. The boyfriend has been identified as Shivam Kumar and is currently in Police custody. He started pressuring his girlfriend to have physical relations with him. When she refused, he assaulted her. According to the information given to the Police, the victim had separated from her husband and was living in a rented house. It was during this time that she got acquainted with Shivam Kumar, who lived in Kanauj, Uttar Pradesh and then they started living together. Shivam tried to start a physical relationship with her under false promises of marriage. But the victim knew he was married, so she refused his advances.
