Nuh (Haryana) – On the 31st of July fanatic Muslims attacked ‘the Braj Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra’ of the Hindus here in Nuh. In the attack, the Muslims vandalised and committed large-scale arson. During the attack, some Hindus and two Home guards were killed. In this connection, the Muslims started a rumour that ‘Bittu Bajarangi a Gaurakshak had a put on Facebook a post that inflamed the Muslims’. This led to the Police arresting Bittu Bajrangi and presenting him before the Court on the 16th of August.

The FIR against Bajrangi says that there was no permission given for carrying arms in the Procession. Bajrangi and 15 -20 other people were in possession of lethal weapons like Trishul and swords while they were participating in the Yatra. After these weapons were confiscated by the Police, Bajrangi and his companions, again forcefully took them to the Police van. At that time there was an altercation between the Police and Bajrangi’s group. Based on these incidents Bajrangi has been charged under various Sections of the Penal Code.

Editorial Viewpoints

  • Can Hindus expect Justice from the Haryana Police who Insult the Trishul which is sacred for the Hindus?
  • Please note that the Police never make such detrimental statements about things, which are held sacred in other Sects.
