The US Ambassador once again raves about the violence in Manipur

New Delhi – The US Ambassador to India, Eric Garcetti, has once again raved about the violence in Manipur. He said that even though the violence in Manipur is an internal matter of India, ‘Our hearts break when there is human suffering’.

One day ago, two women were stripped and paraded in Manipur. This video went viral on social media. Regarding this Garcetti said that he had not seen the video of the incident and he was hearing about it for the first time. Furthermore, he said, that when humanity suffers, we suffer too.
