Paris (France) – Riots are going on in France for the last 4 days. French President Emmanuel Macron has held video games and social media like TikTok and Snapchat responsible for these riots. He was speaking at a security committee meeting organised to discuss the ongoing riots in the country. He has appealed to the owners of these social media platforms to remove the provocative content on them.

A 17-year-old boy was shot by Police in France, following which, riots broke out at various places. The Police alleged that the boy tried to run a car over them.
Children involved in riots !
40,000 security personnel have been deployed to prevent these riots and 875 people have been arrested in one night. According to the Police, among those arrested are children and most of them belong to the age group of 14-15 years. Macron’s statement has drawn attention in this regard. ‘Parents should keep their children safe at home. Establishing peace in the country is a big challenge and for that, children should be kept away from violence’, Macron appealed.
