Bhav-enriched worship of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale by the seekers of Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay through various sevas

Mrs Savitri Ichchalkaranjikar

‘Brahmotsav’ signifies singing the glory of Mahavishnu while He is seated on a chariot, through singing, playing instruments and dancing.
During this ‘Brahmotsav’, the seekers of Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay (MAV) offered their bhav (Spiritual emotion) through the medium of Arts unto the Holy feet of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale who was on a chariot.
The satseva of singing, playing instruments and dancing performed by the seekers was so bhav-enriched that it also awakened the bhav of seekers who were attending the Celebrations. During the entire programme, various chants and bhajans (Devotional songs) were sung by Ms Tejal Patrikar and other seekers, and played on the music system,

1. The satseva of dancing that awakened everyone’s bhav

‘Achyutashtakam’ narrates the glory of Shri Vishnu in a verse form.
Twelve lady-seekers danced to the rendition of ‘Achyutashtakam’ (Stotra composed by Shri Adi Guru Shankaracharya on Shri Vishnu, Shrikrushna and Shriram).
During the dance, besides the 10 Incarnations of Shri Vishnu, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale’s Sheshashayi Shri Vishnu form (portrayed during His Birthday Celebrations in 2018) was also portrayed here too.
This dance was directed by Mrs Savitri Ichchalkaranjikar (Inset), who is a dance student with Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay.

2. The satseva of singing the glory of God

Ms Tejal Patrikar (Sangeet Visharad and Music Co-ordinator of Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay, and is at the spiritual level of 62%) along with Mrs Anagha Joshi (BA [Music], and is at the spiritual level of 62%) presented the bhajan ‘Atmaram Anandaramana’.
Ms Mayuri Agawane, Ms Renuka Kulkarni and Mrs Bhakti Kulkarni provided the chorus, and the group was accompanied by Mr Girijay Prabhudesai on the tabla,
Mr Manoj Sahastrabuddhe (who is at the spiritual level of 60%) on the sitar and Mr Shailesh Behre on the cymbals.

3. The satseva of seekers playing various instruments

Later, Mr Manoj Sahastrabuddhe gave a soulful rendition of Raga Purvi (A dusk-time Raga) on the sitar. The bandish he played was an earnest appeal to Mahavishnu. He was accompanied by Mr Girijay Prabhudesai on the tabla.

Individual spiritual experiences of seekers published here are according to the Principle – ‘Where there is bhav (Spiritual emotion), there is God’. It is not that every individual will have similar experiences.
Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale has never called Himself an Avatar (Incarnation). Nor does Sanatan Sanstha call Him an Avatar.

According to the ancient and profound Nadibhavishya, the Saptarshis have written the future of every individual.

Saptarshis have written the Jeevnadipattis through H.H. (Dr) OmUlagnathan, who says in Tamil that Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale is an Incarnation of Shri Vishnu.
