Women have equal opportunities as Men to grow spiritually and become true Leaders !

Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay presents its 101^st Research Paper at an International Conference in Thailand

Ponda (Goa) – “A leader who has an advanced spiritual level, is selfless and works on his own personality defects and ego can truly bring out the best in people and society. Men as well as women can imbibe qualities from each other and work on their own personality defects”, said Mrs Shweta Clarke while presenting her Research Paper on ‘How Spirituality empowers women leaders’, on behalf of the Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay (MAV). Mrs Clarke spoke Online on 2^nd March 2023 at the 14^th ‘Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Conference’ organised by ‘Tomorrow People Organisation’ in Bangkok, Thailand. She presented MAV’s 101^stResearch Paper, authored by Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale and co-authored by Mr Sean Clarke and Mrs Shweta Clarke.

Mrs Shweta Clarke said that the lower one’s spiritual level, the more selfish one’s agenda, and such leaders are more likely to be affected by negativity.

She explained this with the help of an experiment conducted by MAV on 27 influential women leaders across the globe. Using the Universal Aura Scanner (UAS), it was found that all 27 women, including Saints and spiritual guides, had high negative auras with little or no positive aura. However, only one woman Saint had a very high positive aura, which showed that She was indeed a true Saint.

This is the actual state because leaders often become the targets of negative energies since they do not take care of the spiritual aspects of their lives, and influence others negatively.

MAV conducted another experiment in which the auras of two groups of men and women were measured – one who had an advanced spiritual level, and the other, who were at a lower spiritual level. The UAS readings showed higher positive auras in those who had advanced spiritual levels and negative auras in those who were affected by negative energies.

Yet another experiment conducted by MAV showed that if an individual chants ‘Om Namo Bhagawate Vasudevaya’ for just 30 minutes, his / her negative aura can reduce significantly.

It is also important to overcome one’s personality defects and ego and live a spiritually purer lifestyle to become a leader in the true sense.
