New Delhi – PM Modi said, “Since the beginning of the developments in Ukraine, India has laid emphasis on resolving this dispute through dialogue and diplomacy. India is ready to contribute to any peace process,” Modi said in a press conference after his discussion with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

There is also a long history of cultural and economic exchange between the two countries. We have a history of trade exchange. Germany is our biggest trading partner in Europe. He further said, “Security and defence cooperation can become an important pillar of our strategic partnership. Together we will continue to strive to fully realize our untapped potential in this sector.”

Olaf Scholz said, “India has undertaken an enormous rise much has happened that is also good for the relations between both our countries. The world is suffering because of the consequences of Russia`s aggression. Ensuring food and energy supplies right now.”
