Ankara (Turkiye) – More than 15,000 people have died so far in the earthquake in Turkiye and Syria. Many people are buried under the rubble, hence the number of deceased is likely to be high. Many countries’ rescue teams have arrived in Turkiye for the rescue efforts. A rescue squad from India too has reached Turkiye as per the assurance of PM Modi. However, the severe cold weather condition is hampering rescue operations.
