In this petition, it has been stated the mosque is the sanctum of Keshavdev Temple; hence ban the Azaan on loudspeaker early in the morning at 4.30 there; so also get a survey of these premises done.

Documents giving evidence that said land belonged to Hindus were submitted in the Court. The hearing of this case is scheduled to be held on 1st July.
