Kyiv (Ukraine) – Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine said that he was ready for discussion with Russia; but not in Belarus. If Russia had not invaded Ukraine from the Belarusian territory of Belarus, discussions could have taken place in the Minsk city, Zelenskyy said. Russia had invited Ukraine for talks in Belarus, but Ukraine has refused to discuss as per Russia’s conditions.
