Prayagraj – In the backdrop of Mahakumbh Parva, ‘THDC ‘ (Tehri Hydro Development Corporation) has started releasing additional water into the holy Ganga River to enable devotees coming to Triveni Sangam to take bath in the river. THDC has made this arrangement as per the demand of the Uttar Pradesh Irrigation Department for releasing additional water. According to the information given by THDC, ample water has been released on all the ghats of the Ganga River from Devprayag to Prayagraj.
