Bengaluru (Karnataka) – Muslim students in some colleges in Udupi made a demand of wearing hijab, following which Hindu students started wearing saffron shawl when coming to colleges.

Hence, the State Government has banned wearing hijab as well as a shawl. All students will have to wear a uniform style of clothing.
