How can Khalistani organisation act like this despite being banned ? Is there no law and order in Congress rule ?

Ludhiana (Punjab) – Information has been received that RDX was used in a bomb blast in the Sessions Court in Ludhiana. Khalistani terrorist organisation Babbar Khalsa is suspected to be involved in that. It is being informed that while connecting the bomb in the toilet, it appeared to have gone off and the terrorist got killed.

The report says that Babbar Khalsa is being funded by Pakistan. Therefore, Section 144 (Prohibition order) is being enforced. Union Home Ministry has asked the State to submit the report concerning the bomb blast.  A team of National Security Guard and National investigation Agency (NIA) has already left for Punjab. It being a terrorist attack, NIA will be investigating independently.
