HC takes suo motu cognisance of violence against Muslims in Tripura

State Government ordered to submit a plan to prevent conspiracies of violence

Court taking cognisance of injustice on someone is quite commendable. In addition, the Court should also take cognisance of the atrocities, love jihad, etc. being perpetrated on Hindus by religious fanatics all over India and give justice to Hindus.

Agartala (Tripura) – The Tripura High Court has taken cognisance of the recent violence against minorities in the State of Tripura and has sought a report from the State Government. The Court has asked to submit a detailed report by 10th November. The Court also asked, ‘What is the plan of the State Government to thwart the conspiracy to incite religious violence in the State ?’ (However, the Courts in Bangladesh were not seen taking suo motu cognisance of the indiscriminate atrocities perpetrated on Hindus there ! – Editor) Muslims were targeted after protest marches were held in Tripura against the attack on Hindus in Bangladesh.
