I strongly appeal to the Taliban to keep their promises to women and girls and fulfil their obligations under international human rights and humanitarian law, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres slammed the Taliban Government in Afghanistan. After the first talk of the delegation of the Taliban Government with the US Government, Guterres placed the United Nation’s point of view before them.
