Delhi High Court grants bail to devout Hindu Leader Preet Singh

The so-called inflammatory sloganeering case at Jantar Mantar, Delhi case

New Delhi – The Delhi High Court has granted bail to the President of Save India Foundation, Preet Singh. He was arrested for alleged inflammatory and anti-Muslim sloganeering at Jantar Mantar in August.  The order was issued after hearing Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain fought the case for Singh.

Demand for Hindu Rashtra (Nation) is not inappropriate in a democracy

During the hearing, Preet Singh justified his demand for Hindu Rashtra. He said that the demand for Hindu Rashtra in democracy does not promote enmity in religions. He would not ask for bail if the Court finds his demand invalid.
