• Religious fanatics have gone berserk due to the appeasement politics by all-party rulers. As a result, their involvement in crime is increasing day by day. To curb this, these religious fanatics must be sentenced to death.

Motihari (Bihar) – A 10^th standard girl was abducted and gang-raped by the religious fanatics in the area under Chakia Police Station in the District. The victim’s friend is said to have assisted the accused. An FIR has been lodged by the Police against Mohammad Arshad, Arshad Ali, and Tabassum Khatun in the case.

According to the victim’s mother, the accused abducted the victim at 11 p.m. while she was sleeping in her house on the night of 17^th August. She was then taken to a garden and gang-raped. The accused fled as the victim’s parents went towards the garden to find the girl. ‘The victim’s friend Tabassum Khatun handed over the victim to the accused in this case’, the victim’s mother alleged. This has been confirmed by the victim herself. According to the media reports, religious fanatics had threatened to abduct the victim on several occasions.
