Chandigarh – It has come to light that Pakistan dropped an arsenal of weapons using a drone (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) in a village near Amritsar in Punjab. A hand grenade, more than 100 cartridges, and a tiffin bomb (bomb inside a lunch box) were some of the weapons that were transported using the drone. It is suspected that these weapons were sent to carry out attacks on Independence Day.

The information of this drone was obtained due to the villager’s alertness. This drone had 7 bags hung to it. These bags were dropped on the night of 7th August. The villagers heard the noise and after searching, they found these bags. Villagers informed the Police about the bags. The Police then confiscated these weapons. The Police and detectives are looking for the person for whom this arsenal of weapons was sent.
