Foreign celebrities in a race to tattoo Sanskrit phrase ‘Anugachhatu Pravaha’ on their bodies

Foreign artists are attracted to Sanskrit, while Indian artists have become the slaves of English

New Delhi – Currently, a new trend of tattooing Sanskrit Shlokas or phrases on body has started in the foreign countries. Many people are in a pursuit to tattoo the phrase ‘Anugachhatu Pravaha’ on their bodies. ‘Anugachhatu Pravaha’ can be translated as ‘Go with the flow’. Famous American singer-songwriter Katy Perry and Hollywood actor Russell Brand too have tattooed this phrase on their bodies.

Following the foreign trend, Indians too have started tattooing the phrase. T-shirts sporting the phrase are now available in the market.
