Agitations for restoring the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ and Monarchy gathers strength in Nepal

Thousands of people have been protesting for weeks. Realise that establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ in Nepal is in the interest of India too.

Viratnagar (Nepal) – Hindus have been agitating for weeks now to re-establish Monarchy in Nepal and declare Nepal a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. The agitation has been going on in some hilly areas including Kathmandu. Now, under the leadership of the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party, hundreds of youth and women protested on the Itahari to Viratnagar route, chanting slogans against Democracy.

These agitations are going on in the capital city of Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Itahari, Dharan, Bhairahawa, Viratnagar, Birganj. People have been protesting carrying pictures of Prithvi Narayan Shah, the former founder of ‘Hindu Rashtra’ in Nepal.
