Why do people have to file a complaint regarding such incidents? Why doesn’t the Government initiate punitive action?

Baitul (M.P.) – Google has shown Chopna region of Baitul, Madhya Pradesh as being in Pakistan. People have raised a complaint against Google and demanded that a case be filed as well. The National Park in this area has been depicted as being in Pakistan.
