Bihar : A woman arrested for uploading a post insulting Hindu Deities

In the case of such crimes, such incidents do not stop as the culprits are not punished severely. The Government should ensure that the culprits are severely punished, so as to deter others from carrying out such acts.

Vaishali (Bihar) – Kiran Yadav, a well-known woman on social media has been arrested by the Police for uploading a post insulting Hindu Deities. (Muslims or Christians never insult their own religion; however, those who consider themselves so-called progressives and secular insult their own Deities to show it to the world.  – Editor) Police said that a video was aired on 2nd December. It used offensive words about Hindu Deities. A case was registered against Kiran Yadav from this video. She has been arrested accordingly.
