Why doesn’t the Government ban organisations with criminal background like riots, murders, smuggling, hooliganism, etc. ?

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) – So far, 10 people have been arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the case of gold smuggling. Mohammad Ali is also one of them. Mohammed Ali was accused in the 2010 incident of breaking the hand of Professor T J Joseph, for allegedly insulting Islam, in Kerala. He was acquitted in the year 2015. He is a member of the Popular Front of India.
