
Puri (Odisha) – The Shri Jagannath Sena and Shrikshetra Suraksha Vahini have called for a ‘Puri Bandh’ in protest of the Supreme Court’s decision to deny permission to Deity Jagannath’s Rath-Yatra this year due to the corona crisis. According to bandh organisers, the city was closed for 12 hours from 6 am.
