• A woman has alleged that Shyam Maharaj Rathod and seven others sexually assaulted her in Alandi (Pune).

• Shyam Maharaj claims that these allegations have been made because of the Lavande case

Pune – The past few years have seen an increase in the number of incidents of saints and Maharajs working for Hindutva being falsely implicated in cases in an attempt to defame them. A Pro-Hindu government must uncover the truth in this matter and bring to the public who is behind this conspiracy.

“The allegations made against me are completely baseless, and I strongly deny them. My name does not appear in the First Information Report (FIR), nor is there any mention of a specific time or period of the alleged incident. These allegations have been made against me because of the Lavande case. A conspiracy is being hatched against me merely because some people are disturbed by my Dharma work I am carrying out,” stated H.B.P. Shyam Maharaj Rathod.

Shyam Maharaj presented his side after a woman alleged gang sexual assault within the jurisdiction of the Dighi Police Station in Pimpri-Chinchwad.

He further said that the matter should be investigated in detail and everybody’s CDR should be examined. I am an ascetic involved in doing Dharma Karya. Some paid journalists and Hinduphobic people are getting demonic happiness based on false news. I have complete faith in the Judiciary. Saying this, Shyam Maharaj denied the allegation of gang sexual assault made by a woman against him at Dighi Police Station in Pimpri Chinchwad.
