Karnataka Congress Government Minister Priyank Kharge makes a ridiculous statement to appease Muslims
(Stupa means a Buddhist religious site)

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – If you look deep into history, you will find a stumbling block. Just as temples are found when mosques are demolished, similarly, stupas will be found when temples are demolished. I do not know what will be found when stupas are demolished. I am making this statement based on 3,500 years of history, said Priyank Kharge, a Minister in Karnataka’s Congress government. This statement has created a controversy. Priyank Kharge was speaking at the release ceremony of writer Naveen Surinje’s book ‘Karavaliya Caritreyalli Hyder Ali Mattu Tippu Sultan’ (Haidar Ali and Tipu Sultan in the history of the coast), organised in Bengaluru.
🚨 Shocking Statement 🚨
Karnataka: Minister Priyank Kharge of the Congress claims:
“If a mosque is demolished, a temple is found… if a temple is demolished, a stupa will be found!”This appeasement-driven narrative raises serious questions. By his own words, he acknowledges… pic.twitter.com/DgTEtY0WRo

1. While criticising BJP MP from Bangalore South, Tejasvi Surya, without naming him, Kharge said that RSS has never raised its voice against the British. (The people know what Congress did during the freedom struggle. It was because of the Congress that India was partitioned, and 10 lakh Hindus were massacred – Editor). BJP and RSS people argue that ‘Tipu Sultan was not a freedom fighter’; but Tipu fought 4 wars against the British, isn’t this true? Aren’t those who fought against the British freedom fighters ?, he questioned. (Tipu did fight against the British, but it was to save his own State, not for India’s independence. Tipu killed lakhs of Hindus and also converted them. Is this not true? Kharge should answer – Editor).
2. Kharge added that Tipu Sultan was the father of horticulture. There is evidence of this. ‘Lalbagh’ in Bengaluru was built by Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan, but the MP from that area is anti-Tipu. Will they burn ‘Lalbagh’ ? he questioned.
3. When I visited England, a British historian told me that the names of only a few freedom fighters from India are mentioned in British history books, and Tipu’s name is prominent among them. (The British have written Indian history as per their convenience. It seems the same also suits Kharge – Editor.)
