Incident in Banswada (Telangana)

Banswada (Telangana) – On 20 February, a woman working at Reliance Mart was listening to devotional songs. At that time, a Muslim man approached her and asked, “Why don’t you play some other songs ?” During the conversation, he also recorded a video of her. This led to an argument and a crowd from both communities gathered at the spot. The argument escalated into scuffles, creating tension at the location. On receiving the information, police arrived and brought the situation under control through a mild lathi charge. A case has been registered at Banswada Police Station on the woman’s complaint.
