‘There is a problem with the institution of marriage’ : Actor Lalit Prabhakar

Statement by emerging actor Lalit Prabhakar promoting ‘wokeism’

(‘Wokeism’ refers to a perverse ideology that challenges established social systems, culture, and family structures across the world. It is a new form of communism.)

Mumbai – ‘Actually, I feel that the institution of marriage itself is a problem. If someone tells me that I must live with one person for my entire life, I would not like it at all. For many years, certain practices have continued and we are simply carrying them forward. Many things that were wrong and many traditions that existed earlier have now been discontinued,’ said Marathi film actor Lalit Prabhakar, whose distorted views are gaining popularity among young women. He made these remarks while responding to a question about marriage.

Editorial perspective

While many cultures across the world have perished, Sanatan culture has survived for lakhs of years, one key reason being the preservation of the institution of marriage. The institution of marriage restrains human beings from living an unrestrained, animal-like sexual life. Lalit Prabhakar’s statement pushes humans towards animalism, and therefore it is now the duty of Dharma-oriented youth to condemn him.
