31 killed in a suicide blast at a Shia mosque in Pakistan

Islamabad (Pakistan) – A suicide bomber attacked a Shia mosque in Shahzad Town after Friday prayers on February 6. ‘The Times of Islamabad’ reported that 31 people were killed and many injured. Police and rescue teams are carrying out rescue operations. After the blast, the Islamabad police chief declared a state of emergency in the entire city.

Minister of the Government of Pakistan Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said,  “I strongly condemn the blast in Islamabad and I am saddened by the loss of lives. Such terrorist acts cannot break the morale of the country and its people.
Three months ago, 12 people were killed and more than 30 were injured in a suicide blast.

In a country where Muslims are a minority, they attack the majority there, while in Muslim-majority countries, Muslims are thirsty of each other’s blood, this is the history so far.
