A video showing Bangladesh Student Leaders sitting in a Police Station making a statement

Dhaka (Bangladesh) – Amid a series of attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh, a fresh video circulating on social media has triggered widespread anger after a youth leader was seen boasting about the killing of a Hindu police officer and issuing threats against law enforcement. The viral clip, shared by journalist Sahidul Hasan Khokon on X, shows a student coordinator from Habiganj district openly threatening the Police Officers. He tells them about the burning alive and killing of Sub-Inspector Santosh Bhabhu of the Baniachong police station during violent unrest in August 2024.
🚨 Shocking from Bangladesh
A video has surfaced of a student leader speaking inside a police station, brazenly admitting:
🗣️ “Last year, we burned a Hindu police officer alive inside the police station!”❗ No arrests. No action. No remorse.
This impunity exposes the grim… pic.twitter.com/I7AV0vj9P0

In August 2024 Sub Inspector Santosh Bhabhu who was posted at Baniachong Police Station in District Habibganj was beaten-up and burnt and killed. The violent crowd first attacked the Police Station. The Police had to fire in self-defence. Later that night the mob returned again and in the presence of the Army negotiated that Santosh Bhabhu would be handed over to the mob and in turn the rest of the Police Force would be released. By morning Bhabhu was ruthlessly slaughtered. Habibganj is a Muslim majority District, with the Hindu population being only 16%.
Editorial PerspectiveIt is clear that Hindus’ genocide will happen, if this can be admitted openly in Bangladesh and no action is taken against the perpetrators. If this was said in the context of a Christian or a Jew, then these fanatic Muslims would have been taught a lesson by the Christian and Jew nations. But the individuals dying are Hindus and there is no one in the world that will take-up their cause. |
