Shri Ramsena’s chief Pramod Muthalik opposes The Karnataka Hate Speech and Hate Crimes (Prevention) Bill, 2025.

  • A bill that appeases Muslims!

  • A bill that targets Hindus!


Mangalore (Karnataka) – Pramod Muthalik, Chief of Ramsena, has expressed severe opposition to
the legislation on ‘Hate Speech’. He said this legislation is a way of legalising a systemic kow-towing
to the Muslims. This legislation has been passed under pressure from Muslims. Hindus have been
targeted through this, he said.

Shri Muthalik said

1. The government does not pay attention to the activities and hate speeches of Muslims; but
Congress till date has always systematically implemented the policy of targeting the Hindus. Now,
through this legislature an attempt is being made to suppress the voice of the Hindus.

2. Muslims sounds the azan calling the Muslims to prayer at 4 AM, 4.30 AM and 5 AM and offer
Namaz thereafter. They pray saying ‘Allah is the only God, there is no other God but Allah; Is this not
‘hate speech’? During Friday Namaz hateful sermons are given. Are you going to take action against
them through this?

3. Today Hindu girls are being trapped into ‘Love Jihad’ and forced to wear the Burkha, they are
being forced to eat beef; they are being pushed into prostitution and Jihad. Thousands of cases like
have come to light. If we fight against jihadists in order to protect them, does that become Hate
Speech?

4. Cows are being slaughtered even though there is a law against it, cows are being stolen and beef
is being sold openly. If we fight against this, is that hate? If we speak against it, is that ‘Hate speech?

5. Christian missionaries are openly implementing their mission of evangelising and converting. Is
awakening the Hindus about this Hate speech? We are doing the job of awakening the people to
this. We are doing the job of awakening the Hindu society. Protecting the Hindu Society is our
responsibility and we will certainly fulfil it.
