Sydney (Australia) – Twelve people were killed when two jihadi terrorists opened indiscriminate fire during the Jewish community’s Hanukkah celebrations at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia. The incident occurred on 14 December. Many others were injured in the shooting. In retaliatory fire by the Police, one terrorist was killed. Authorities said the deceased terrorist was a Pakistani national, reportedly named Akram. The second terrorist has been arrested. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese issued a statement saying that an investigation into the incident is underway. The motive behind the attack has not yet been determined.
