
Delhi, 10 December :- This year marks 150 years of ‘Vande Mataram’, the sacred hymn of national awakening. Along with this, the Sanatan Sanstha, which has been working for national protection and Dharma awakening, completes 25 years.

To commemorate this golden confluence, a grand ‘Vande Mataram’ exhibition and special session has been organised at Bharat Mandapam from 13 to 15 December, in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Culture, as a part of the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’.
In this exhibition, people will get to experience the deep love for the motherland, the sacrifices for the Nation and the invaluable contributions made by countless freedom fighters during India’s independence struggle.

‘Vande Mataram’ united the entire nation with a single thread of patriotism. This hymn kept alive the memories of inspiration, sacrifice, dedication to the nation, and the burning energy in the hearts of innumerable revolutionaries during the freedom movement. Our aim is to carry this inspiration to today’s young generation, said Sanatan Sanstha spokesperson Shri Abhay Vartak.
Highlights of the Special Programme :1. Chorus singing by one thousand participants: A mega patriotic initiative themed on ‘Vande Mataram’. 2. Historical film screening: Depicting the origin of ‘Vande Mataram’, its struggle-filled journey and its role in nation-building. 3.
