India does not need an official declaration to be ‘Hindu Rashtra’

Statement of P P Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohanji Bhagwat

Guwahati (Assam) – ‘Hindu’ is not merely a religious term but a civilisational identity rooted in thousands of years of cultural continuity. The words India (Bharat) and Hindu are synonymous. Everyone who loves and is proud of India (Bharat) is a Hindu. India does not need an official declaration to be a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Seeing Indian culture and heritage this fact becomes clear. This statement was made by RSS Chief Dr Mohanji Bhagwat here in Guwahati. He was speaking at an event.

The Sarsanghachalak further said,

a person who is proud of India and loves India, that person is a Hindu. Whatever be his religion or personal method of worship he is a considered to be Hindu.

The RSS was established to contribute to India’s effort to become ‘Viswaguru’

RSS Chief explained the basic principle of its Ideology. He said that RSS is not there to oppose anyone, harm anyone, hurt anyone; it was founded to create a progressive society and individual. It concentrates on crating individual character, and contribute to the effort of making India (Bharat) Vishvaguru. This is the reason and purpose for founding the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh.
