Chandigarh – The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Haryana Police have arrested two notorious gangsters — Venkatesh Garg from Georgia and Bhanu Rana from the United States. Both were coordinating criminal activities in India from abroad. Bhanu Rana is a known member of the Bishnoi gang. The two are expected to be extradited to India soon.
Over 24 such gangsters are currently hiding in countries like Portugal, Canada, the United states, and the United Kingdom, from where they continue to direct their illegal operations.
