London – In a shocking turn of events, Britain’s King Charles has expelled his younger brother, Andrew (aged 65), from his residence at Windsor Palace after allegations resurfaced that he raped a minor girl 25 years ago. Andrew, the 2nd son of the late Queen Elizabeth II, has also been stripped of his royal title. Buckingham Palace announced on October 30th that this action was taken due to Andrew’s association with Jeffrey Epstein, the American criminal accused of sexually exploiting underage girls. The victim, Virginia Giuffre, had accused Andrew of sexually assaulting her in 2001, when she was just 17 years old. Giuffre passed away in April, reportedly by suicide. Back in 2011, she had exposed a high-profile prostitution network involving several influential figures in the U.S.

Andrew’s name also changed
Earlier this month, Andrew was also barred from using the title “Duke of York.” Buckingham Palace has stated that following the loss of his royal status, he will now be known as “Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.” Until now, he was officially referred to as “Prince Andrew, Duke of York.” The name Mountbatten-Windsor was created in 1960, combining the family names of the late Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip.
Notably, 6 months before her death, Virginia Giuffre completed her autobiography titled “Nobody’s Girl”, published on October 21st. The book reignited public outrage, as it vividly recounts the abuse she suffered and her long struggle for justice.
