Yadgiri (Karnataka) – After Chittapur in Kalaburagi district, the administration has also refused permission for an RSS procession in the town of Gurumathkal in Yadgiri district. The district collector, Harshal Bhoyar, rejected the RSS application on the ground that permission to use government property and premises must be sought three days in advance, while the group submitted it only two days prior to the event.
🚨 Karnataka: After Chittapur, now Gurmitkal too – authorities deny permission for the RSS route march!
This is the RSS-hating Congress govt in action.
If this bias continues, don’t be surprised if BJP-ruled states start denying permission to Congress events in return!… pic.twitter.com/OC98pVIKBi

Basappa Sanjanol, the RSS district publicity head, said, “The procession has been temporarily postponed because the district administration did not grant permission. A new date will be fixed and the procession organised once we receive the collector’s approval.”
Hindutva leader Ravindra Reddy Potul accused the administration of acting out of bias, saying, “The RSS has never worked against any faith; yet permission for the Gurumathkal procession has been denied. This appears to be an act driven by hatred. If necessary, we will pursue the matter in court and hold the procession by legal means.”
