India is now attempting to exact revenge through Afghanistan

Pakistan’s defence minister erupts over Taliban foreign minister’s visit to India

Aamir Khan is pious

Islamabad (Pakistan) — Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Foreign Minister of the Taliban Government in Afghanistan, has visited India. This visit has not gone down well in Pakistan. Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said in an interview that India is now trying to take revenge against Pakistan through Afghanistan.

If India acts, Afghanistan will also suffer the consequences

Asif, without producing evidence, alleged that attacks on Pakistan launched from Afghan territory are being carried out at India’s direction and that those militants are receiving support from India. He warned that if India attempts operations against Pakistan via the Kabul route, the consequences will have to be borne by both India and Afghanistan.

‘We tried to persuade the Afghan Government that its soil should not be used to shelter terrorists; but the Afghan Government said, ‘If Pakistan provides sufficient funding, we will move them elsewhere’. We were afraid they would accept the money and the terrorists would return’, Asif said.

The Taliban minister is threatening us in India

Asif said Pakistan is ready for dialogue, but Afghanistan gives no definite assurances. He alleged that banned Taliban leaders are being provided bullet-proof vehicles and that militants are being helped to settle in new locations. There is no hurdle for the Afghan Government to take action against these terrorists; yet Afghanistan’s foreign minister sits in India and issues warnings to Pakistan — does that mean now we must seek India’s permission for our meetings ?

Pakistan carried out an airstrike in Afghanistan on the night of 9th October. After that, Taliban’s minister had warned Pakistan from Indian soil to stop the action.

Asif accuses former Pakistani leaders of aiding the TTP

Asif said the proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) will be eliminated. He alleged that former prime minister Imran Khan and former intelligence chief General Faiz Hameed settled 4–5 thousand TTP militants in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which revived terrorism in Pakistan. General Faiz, he alleged, had gifted bullet-proof vehicles to the Taliban. (This reveals that Pakistan itself is nurturing terrorists ! — Editor)
