Meenakshi Srinivas’s outrageous statement after hosting an Iftar party in Bengaluru

Bengaluru (Karnataka)–“In our country, the work of spreading hatred against the Muslim community is going on every day in a planned manner. We are all human beings. We should live with love among ourselves and come together to build the country. Although the people spreading hatred in the society are few, their consequences are big. Therefore, we should all move forward together and give the message of love to the society,” said Meenakshi Srinivas, who calls herself a devotee of Shriram, during an Iftar party organised by her in Bengaluru.
Meenakshi Srinivas, originally from Tamil Nadu, had organised ‘Amma’s Iftar Party’ for the third time at the Ashirwad Hall on ‘St. Mark’s Road’ here, to oppose the alleged ongoing hate speeches against Muslims in the country. People from Hindu, Muslim and Christian community participated in this. On this occasion, Meenakshi Srinivas said that this was the third Iftar party organized by her family for Muslim brothers.
Editorial PerspectiveMeenakshi Srinivas, who is making such statements and organising an Iftar party, is either ignorant or has fallen victim to anti-Hindu narrative. |
