Ajmer (Rajasthan) – In the 1990s, a shocking case of sexual exploitation was exposed in Ajmer, sending shockwaves across the nation. At that time, Muslim leaders associated with the Ajmer Dargah had trapped and exploited Hindu girls. In 2025, a similar incident came to light in the Beawar region near Ajmer. Reports reveal that a gang of Muslim men has lured school-going Hindu girls into their trap and exploited them. The Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly has stated that more than 250 Hindu girls have gone missing from Ajmer.
In this regard, Vasudev Devnani, the Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, has expressed his concern. These statistics were recently presented in the assembly.
Ashok Bishnoi, head of the Human Trafficking Department, stated that in the past year, 310 cases of missing children were registered, out of which 251 were girls.
The police have reported that some of the missing children from Ajmer have been found. They have also utilized technology to aid in the search. The kidnappers have been taken into custody.
