We were no different from many other souls on Earth who had gone astray. We were trying to experience Anand (Bliss) in this material world. Knowingly or unknowingly, all of us were always on the quest to experience Anand; it was only You, Gurudev – Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, who made us realise where to begin the journey with Sanatan Sanstha.
In the earlier phase, You helped seekers realise the ultimate objective of our lives through Spiritual discourses and workshops, etc. Thus, we embarked upon the ultimate journey towards self-realisation to experience Anand. Through Sanatan Sanstha, You started reaching out to people so as to introduce them to the science of Spirituality. Later, seekers started conducting Spiritual discourses and workshops in their respective areas to introduce society to Spirituality as per the teachings of Samartha Ramdas Swami – ‘Teach to others whatever you know’.
In addition, Sanatan Sanstha effectively adopted other mediums to propagate Spirituality – Sanatan Prabhat Periodicals, thousands of Holy Texts that enlightened on important topics such as Spirituality, Nation and Dharma, and Sanatan’s Ashrams. The activities undertaken by Sanatan Sanstha to propagate Spirituality became so vast that many Saints acknowledged that only an Incarnate being could make all this possible.
Later, the Saptarshis made seekers aware of Your Incarnate form through the Jeevanadipatti readings.
Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, You set the ultimate goal for us – laying the foundation of the Divine Rule (Hindu Rashtra). You introduced Gurukrupayoga – the eightfold Path of spiritual practice which included –
1. Personality Defect Removal (PDR) 2. Ego Removal (ER) 3. Chanting 4. Satsang 5. Satseva 6. Efforts to awaken bhav (Spiritual emotion)
7. Tyag (Sacrifice) and 8. Priti (Spiritual love), to the spiritually curious through seekers.
Sanatan Sanstha has earned the respect of people to such an extent that even an ordinary individual looks up to Sanatan’s seekers with deep admiration and respect. Others easily identify them as Sanatan’s seekers by merely observing the way they conduct their day-to-day lives. It is indeed Your Divine miracle, Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, and we are truly grateful for all this. It is by Your grace that Sanatan Sanstha was founded.
May all seekers be inspired for their rapid spiritual progress the way You expect them to. It is also Your grace that we were introduced to Sanatan Sanstha in this severe phase of Kaliyug, and we realised the importance of spiritual practice in our lives.
We pray unto the Holy feet of Bhagawan Shrikrushna and Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Balaji Athavale – May as many spiritually curious individuals be associated with Sanatan Sanstha as possible, and be inspired to perform spiritual practice, as Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Athavale truly exists everywhere in the form of Sanatan Sanstha.
