Ranchi – Jharkhand High Court has allowed the ‘Hanuman Katha Organising Committee’ to organise the ‘Hanuman Katha’ programme. State Government officials had denied permission to the programme citing law and order issues.

1.The ‘Hanuman Katha Organising Committee’ had filed a petition in the Jharkhand High Court requesting permission to organise ‘Hanuman Katha’ at Medininagar in Palamu District from 10 th to 15 th February.
2.Justice Anand Sen said that the defendants in the case had only argued about a law- and-order problem. The judge rejected this argument and ordered that the ‘Hanuman Katha Organising Committee’be allowed to organise the event.
3.Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, Dharmaguru of Bageshwar Dham, is the main speaker in this programme.
